Forlan, Suarez spearhead Uruguay squad

World Cup stars Diego Forlan (pictured) and Luis Suarez were on Wednesday named in the Uruguay squad for friendly matches later this month against Estonia and the Republic of Ireland.
Forlan, named best player at last year's tournament in South Africa, and Suarez, who joined Liverpool in January, were joined by Napoli hitman Edinson Cavani, the current second top scorer in Serie A with 20 goals.
The 25-man squad - comprising exclusively overseas-based players - contained many of the same players who led Uruguay to an unexpected fourth-place finish in South Africa.
Genoa defender Diego Polenta, captain of Uruguay's Under-20 side, was the most notable new inclusion.
Uruguay's last game saw it go down 2-0 to Chile in Santiago in November.
Oscar Tabarez's team faces Estonia in Tallinn on March 25 before confronting the Irish in Dublin four days later.
